Practice Overview
Maddie Leishman is an Associate at The Law Office of Joseph L. Sulman, where she represents employees in a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination. Her work focuses on advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated in the workplace.
Maddie earned her J.D. with Honors from Northeastern University School of Law in 2025 and was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar that same year. During law school, she developed a strong interest in employment litigation and completed co-op placements that deepened her commitment to workplace justice, including working for the Boston firm Lichten & Liss-Riordan, PC as well as for a United States District Court Judge. She was also an editor on Northeastern University’s Law Review, working on articles about the current landscape of the legal world.
Before law school, Maddie graduated from the University of Toronto. Outside of her legal work, Maddie enjoys exploring Boston’s music scene and reading contemporary fiction.
