Practice Overview

Zachary (“Zak”) Hammond is an employment law specialist with a diverse legal background. He represents public and private sector employees in state and in federal court and before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination in employment discrimination, whistle-blower litigation, as well as actions for wage and hour violations. As the son of a whistle-blower, Mr. Hammond is familiar with the difficulties that may arise from blowing the whistle. He also provides employment counseling services.

Prior to joining the Law Office of Joseph L. Sulman, Esq., Mr. Hammond practiced at civil litigation firms in the Boston area and in South Florida, where he represented plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation, product defects, and personal injury lawsuits. Before entering private practice, Mr. Hammond also served as a judicial clerk in the Business Litigation Session for the Superior Court in Miami-Dade County Florida, where he gained insight into complex, high-stakes civil litigation.

Mr. Hammond grew up in Western Massachusetts and currently resides in Natick with his family.
