Elijah Bresley focuses on employment-related counseling and litigation, representing clients from the greater Boston area and throughout Massachusetts. He has represented public and private sector employees in a variety of matters before courts and at the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
Mr. Bresley was an attorney at an employment law firm on the North Shore before he joined the Law Office of Joseph L. Sulman, Esq. Prior to that, Mr. Bresley spent a year in Connecticut clerking for the Judges of the Superior Court in Hartford, CT.
Mr. Bresley graduated from the College of Wooster in Wooster, OH in 2011 before attending Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, NJ, where he received his Juris Doctor in 2014. During college Mr. Bresley studied abroad to Cameroon, and then during Law School he studied in Tanzania.
A global nomad, Mr. Bresley grew up in Germany, Italy, and North Carolina. Mr. Bresley currently resides in Allston, MA.
